What We’re Looking For

We are looking for an experienced solutions specialist, with a technical background and results oriented approach. The candidate will work closely with Wholesale sales teams during the sales process and will be the single point of contact for the customer during order implementation. The successful candidate must be a team player, have a positive attitude and adapt quickly to changes. Previous experience in telecom domain will be considered an advantage

What You Will Be Doing

• Order implementation management - provision business support systems with proper and accurate data (CRM, DLR, VDOPM) and provide regular updates to customers regarding RFS date.
• Customer support for service troubleshooting and/or other specific customer requests/changes.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide technical expertise during the sales process.
• Technical accounts management related to all offers and orders for Wholesale Romania customers.
• Design and propose tailored solutions to meet client’s technical needs and business requirements.
• Create technical documentation and/or respond to RFQ/RFIs related to Orange Romania Wholesale products and services.
• Support internal departments on 3^rd party international buying/service implementation.
• Technical resource management for the international POPs, cross-borders etc
• Responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by the products including regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs.

What You Need to Know/Have

• Bachelor's degree, preferably from a technical University - Telecommunications or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a presales or technical consulting role, ideally in telecom or telecom operations/infrastructure.
• Strong technical knowledge of network infrastructure and telecommunication solutions (CCNA level).
• Understanding of commercial related aspects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Rigorous and with very good organizational and time management skills.
• Proven adaptability and flexibility with solving customer issues in a timely manner.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent in written and spoken English is mandatory.
