Join our dynamic team as a Facilities Executive, where you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our facilities and estate-related contracts. Your expertise will ensure a safe and conducive learning environment for our students and staff.

• Prepare and draft tender and quotation documents, detailing specifications for services like cleaning, security, and projects such as renovations and building enhancements.
• Coordinate the tender process, evaluate bids for compliance and value, and prepare reports and recommendations.
• Manage work orders for maintenance and improvements, ensuring timely completion and adherence to specifications.
• Administer facilities-related contracts, track renewals, and ensure compliance with procurement and audit requirements.
• Monitor contractor performance through inspections and service reports, addressing any non-performance issues promptly.
• Support renovation and upgrading projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet safety standards.
• Assist in budget preparation, verify contractor claims, and generate management and audit reports.
• Collaborate with the Estate Team, staff, vendors, and stakeholders to support operational and event needs.

Requirements include a minimum diploma in a relevant field, at least 3 years of experience in contract administration or facilities management, and strong analytical and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and contract management systems is essential.
