We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Senior Benefits Specialist to join one of our clients, world leader in automation production.

This is a fixed-term contract position, within our Benefits team, with a focus on managing the mapping of benefits-related processes for all impacted EMEA countries.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and lead all benefits-related activities associated with the separation project;
• Collaborate closely with fellow Benefits Analysts to ensure alignment;
• Analyze and assess employee benefits programs within the context of M&A activities;
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal company policies;
• Partner effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders;
• Enhance employee experience in support of organizational objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college;
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience, with a strong focus on benefits administration;
• Advanced proficiency in both written and spoken English;
• Strong analytical capabilities, combined with proven experience in vendor management and project
• management;
• Familiarity with mergers and acquisitions processes and a solid understanding of their impact on employee benefits;
• Demonstrated ability to leverage technology to enhance communication effectiveness and automate processes within benefits administration;
• Proven capacity to work independently and successfully drive projects through to completion.
