Join BMC Helix, where innovation meets impact. As a Sales Order Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our dynamic sales teams and prestigious enterprise clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Guiding sales teams on quote preparation, order processing, and customer order issues.
• Providing Level 1 legal support and generating contractual agreements.
• Reviewing, validating, and processing orders with precision and timeliness.
• Ensuring compliance with licensing policies and corporate procedures.
• Communicating proactively with field sales and managers to resolve order issues.
• Developing a deep understanding of revenue recognition and accounting policies.
• Supporting order management through knowledge of Oracle, SFDC, and financial operations.
• Identifying solutions to nonstandard tasks and queries.
• Sharing expertise and providing guidance to colleagues.

To excel in this role, you should have:

• Fluency in French, both spoken and written.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively and courteously.
• Experience with order services back-office applications.
• Knowledge of license revenue recognition requirements.
• Proficiency in communication tools and Office suite applications.
