• Lead the production facility, managing workflows and operational teams
• Ensure zero-defect production and achievement of all KPIs
• Oversee audits, machinery maintenance, and investment projects
• Plan personnel, conduct training, and develop team capabilities
• Act as primary contact for clients, suppliers, and local authorities

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Production or Plant Manager in industrial manufacturing
• Result-oriented, proactive, and strong team leadership skills
• Fluent in Romanian and English or German
• Excellent problem-solving skills and resilience under pressure
