Join our dynamic team and work directly with the Founder & CEO of International Hustlers, a thriving online business dedicated to helping international students achieve their career dreams. As a Personal Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in supporting daily operations and contributing to the launch of a new venture aimed at empowering entrepreneurs to scale their businesses.

This part-time, on-site position is based in the vibrant Floreasca area, offering flexible hours tailored to your deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Romanian suppliers to ensure seamless operations
• Organise the CEO’s calendar, manage priorities, and ensure timely follow-ups
• Identify challenges proactively and propose effective solutions
• Support various operational tasks across multiple projects

Requirements:

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Romanian
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive and independent work ethic
• Comfortable managing sensitive information and adapting to fast-paced environments
• Ability to commute regularly to the Floreasca area
• Experience in administrative or support roles is advantageous
