Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main liaison with payroll vendors, handling queries and ensuring service delivery.
• Oversee payroll processing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
• Validate payroll outputs and ensure timely data submission and approvals.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Legal teams to maintain payroll accuracy.
• Identify and implement process improvements for enhanced payroll efficiency.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in payroll operations, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of payroll systems and statutory compliance.
• Experience with external payroll providers.
• Proficiency in Excel and payroll software/tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English.
