Join our dynamic team at Giant Group as a Payroll & Customer Support Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting UK-based contractors and agency clients. This hybrid role starts remotely, with future office work in Suceava, Romania.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a high volume of customer interactions via calls, emails, and live chat.
• Assist contractors with timesheet entries, expenses, and payroll inquiries.
• Clarify payroll processes, statutory entitlements, and portal usage.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate complex queries as needed.
• Efficiently manage workload to meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records and case notes.
• Contribute to process improvements and enhance customer experience.
• Strive for high customer satisfaction survey results.

Ideal Experience & Competencies:

• Advanced English proficiency (written & spoken) is mandatory.
• At least 1 year of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Call Center, or Helpdesk.
• Experience with payroll, timesheets, tax, or compliance is advantageous.
• Comfortable working with KPIs, SLAs, and multiple systems.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Professional and empathetic communication style.
