Join the Romanian Diversity Chamber of Commerce (RDCC) and play a vital role in delivering impactful events and initiatives that shape the future of inclusive business in Romania. As an Operations & Events Manager, you will ensure the seamless execution of RDCC's events, trainings, conferences, and activations.

• Plan and deliver events, trainings, conferences, and activations.
• Manage timelines, budgets, venues, suppliers, and logistics.
• Coordinate speakers, volunteers, and operational partners.
• Monitor risks and ensure quality standards.
• Support operational planning and execution.
• Maintain operational processes and documentation.
• Liaise with members, partners, and suppliers.
• Track results and contribute to continuous improvement.

You are a great fit if you have experience in operations, event management, or logistics, are highly organized, communicate clearly in Romanian and English, and enjoy working in mission-driven environments.
