Join Hitachi Digital, a leader in digital transformation, as an HR Advisor in our Global People Services team. In this role, you'll be pivotal in delivering efficient HR services in Romania, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies, and providing direct support to employees and managers.

• Be the Subject Matter Expert for the full employee life cycle, advising on local labor law and HR practices.
• Ensure compliance with local reporting obligations and timely submission of data updates.
• Prepare documents for occupational health check-ups and manage employee life cycle documentation.
• Track employment law changes and update the HR Shared Services Team accordingly.
• Participate in local audits related to employment matters.
• Handle local leave management documentation according to regulations.
• Escalate complex issues to HRBP or specialized teams while maintaining local context.
• Contribute to HR projects aimed at standardizing and improving processes.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.

What you'll bring:

• Expert knowledge of Romanian labor law and employment regulations.
• Strong service-oriented mindset and operational excellence.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
