Join our team as a Fry Cook and be part of the renowned Harry Ramsden’s brand. We are looking for a detail-oriented and passionate individual to ensure the consistent quality of our products and provide an excellent customer experience.

  • Prepare fried products following brand recipes and standards.
  • Set up the work area before service according to preparation sheets.
  • Adhere to portion sizes, cooking times, and preparation methods.
  • Maintain consistent quality of served products.
  • Check products before serving to ensure company specifications are met.
  • Follow FIFO procedures and product shelf-life guidelines.
  • Monitor and record temperatures as per internal procedures and legislation.
  • Strictly adhere to personal hygiene norms and wear a clean, complete uniform.
  • Follow allergen procedures and prevent cross-contamination.
  • Keep the work area clean and organized.
  • Report any issues related to product quality, stock, or safety to the supervisor.
  • Support the team and assist customers as needed for smooth operation.

We seek candidates with previous kitchen experience, preferably in HoReCa, who are passionate about food and quality, adhere to hygiene and food safety rules, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work both in a team and independently are essential. Willingness to work shifts according to mall hours is required.
