Our colleagues in the Transportation team are looking for a new Export Transportation Leader KEU.
As we’re putting our hearts and souls into the future of food, we’ll be looking at you to successfully deliver Kellogg products to internal and external customers, and to be accountable for on-time, accurate, cost effective and quality delivery to internal and external customers

HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
•    Build yearly Export Transportation budget plans
•    Lead daily end-to-end Export Transportation activities 
•    Direct and lead the Export Transportation team to deliver against Transportation objectives and goals 
•    Own visibility on Export reporting and status updates
•    Deliver high service performance through Export Transportation haulier network and work as key partner during tender processes
•    Manage technical support solutions from inception to completion in Export Transportation
•    Proactively reassess all transport lanes to optimize routes and flows
•    Drive opportunities to improve processes that extend across service and cost performance in Export Transportation
•    Own recruitment, selection, evaluation and development of Export Transportation team
•    Liaises with continuous improvement on developing and changing the processes aiming service improvement and cost reduction

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
•    University Degree or equivalent, preferably in Management, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field
•    Language skills - English (Required); Second Language (Preferred)
•    Proficient knowledge of a Transport Management System
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Strong understanding of transportation rules and regulations; standard processes and business policies
•    Excellent understanding transportation costs and reporting
•    Skills to effectively communicate to all levels demonstrating expertise, professionalism and confidence.

PREFERRED:
•    Master’s Level University Degree in Management, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
•    Training and certification on Six Sigma or LEAN, or similar quality management experience
•    Experience of working for a multinational organization and working with colleagues internationally
•    CPG industry work experience
•    Proficiency with ERP systems (. SAP) and Microsoft Office
