
Responsibilities:
• Providing consultancy to external customers;
• Centralizing orders received from the customers and
ensuring the availability of products according to demands;
• Agreeing with the factory regarding production plan
according to the loading plan;
• Sales (SOP) and stock planning;
• Issue the required documents for orders, based on L/C;
• Issue and verification of certain shipping documents (for trucks and ships);
• Programming and follow up the loading process (solving any problems that may occur during transportation);
• Follow up complaints from customers regarding the quality;
• Preparing technical files for new products, according to customer requirements.
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Economics/Logistics/Statistics/Engineering;
• Minimum 2 years experience in Customer Support/ Sales/ Operations;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; client oriented attitude;
• Well organized and responsible person; analytical thinking, focused on details;
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP is an asset;
• Proficient in English.
