• Manage HR administrative tasks including employment contracts, changes, terminations, and confirmation letters.
• Serve as a liaison with external partners to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Oversee immigration processes and documentation for expats.
• Ensure accurate payroll calculations and manage attendance reports.
• Track and report key HR KPIs to provide valuable insights to management.

We are looking for someone with strong HR administration knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple processes efficiently. Experience with external HR service providers and government agencies is essential, along with a solid understanding of payroll and attendance management. Fluency in English is required.
