Join our team as a Business Development & Sales Manager and be a driving force in expanding our revenue through strategic affiliate partnerships in the crypto media industry. We are seeking a results-oriented professional to manage affiliate relationships, develop strategic partnerships, optimize campaigns, and collaborate across teams to achieve success.

  • Strategic Growth: Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new crypto services, product integrations, and commercial packages.
  • Partnership Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with exchanges, projects, and affiliates to drive high-quality traffic and conversions.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with SEO, Product, Brand, and BI teams to ensure a cohesive strategy across the crypto vertical.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor macro trends and competitor benchmarks to identify growth opportunities and enhance our competitive positioning.
  • Strategic Communication: Represent the company at events and in negotiations, ensuring internal strategies are protected while fostering external relationships.
  • Performance Analysis: Provide data-driven insights on revenue impact and campaign effectiveness to guide leadership decisions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Crypto, Web3, or Blockchain, particularly in performance media or business development.
  • Proven track record in revenue-driven roles with the ability to design pricing and positioning strategies.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and manage sensitive information in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple brands and stakeholders while translating complex data into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent commercial instincts with experience in BD, partnerships, or revenue-driven roles.
