Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality, eye-catching social media visuals (static posts, carousels, stories, Reels/TikTok covers, campaign assets).
• Maintain and elevate a cohesive, premium brand identity across all social platforms, following established branding directions.
• Create conversion-focused designs that boost engagement, clicks, and user actions.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to translate briefs into impactful, on-brand creatives.
• Occasionally design materials for offline/outdoor campaigns (billboards, OOH formats).
• Deliver polished, well-structured files ready for handoff or scheduling.
• Continuously improve visuals based on performance data from the marketing department.

Stay up to date with digital design trends, local audience preferences, platform best practices, and fresh creative formats.

Requirements:

• Experience using AI tools for content generation, workflow optimization, and creative development.
• Proven experience as a Graphic/Digital Designer, ideally with a strong social media portfolio (portfolio required).
• Advanced Figma skills; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar tools.
• Strong visual sense: typography, color, spacing, composition, and branding.
• Ability to create a unified, premium brand look across all content.
• Experience designing for social platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube.
• Ability to translate marketing objectives into visually compelling, conversion-oriented assets.
• Highly creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple briefs simultaneously.
• Good command of English; excellent command of Romanian.

Nice to Have:

• • Motion graphics or animation skills for dynamic social content.
  • Experience with brand guideline creation or adaptation.
  • Background in digital marketing or performance-driven content.
  • Familiarity with the online casino/sports betting industry.
