What we are looking for:

As a Procurement Specialist you will lead sourcing, tendering, and contracting activities that deliver real value. If you're strategic, hands-on, and great with stakeholders, this is your chance to make an impact in an international, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support category strategy development and turn it into actionable sourcing plans
• Manage end-to-end tender processes: from RFI/RFQ prep to supplier selection and negotiation
• Draft and finalize contracts (Framework Agreements, Statements of Work), ensuring smooth approvals
• Track and report procurement value (cost savings, TCO improvements)
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers
• Support contract in-life management, including disputes, changes, and renewals

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, procurement or related field
• Proven procurement experience (international/service environments a plus)
• Skilled in sourcing, negotiation, and total cost analysis
• Excellent communicator and stakeholder manager
• Comfortable with numbers, data, and procurement tools
• Very good English language skills (spoken & written)
