Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to successful candidate placement.
• Engage with passive candidates who align with our recruitment needs.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, ensuring seamless communication.
• Develop effective recruitment strategies that meet business objectives.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline and database.
• Enhance the onboarding process for new hires.
• Lead and participate in HR projects and initiatives.
• Craft and execute employer branding strategies in line with company goals.
• Collaborate with educational institutions to secure a steady candidate flow and boost brand visibility.
• Organize and represent the company at recruitment events and job fairs.
• Drive employer branding projects in partnership with the Marketing & Communications team.

Key Requirements:

• University degree.
• Over 3 years of experience in a similar recruitment role.
• Strong grasp of recruitment processes and sourcing channels.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Results-oriented with a strong performance focus.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
• High level of autonomy and initiative.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Nice to have: Knowledge of SAP Recruiting module.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Flexibility and a positive attitude towards challenges.
