By being part of our team, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM - 18:00PM, in a hybrid setup from Bucharest / Brasov / Iasi / Timisoara / Cluj / Targu-Mures or fully remote if you are based in another location in Romania.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for junior positions;
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, selection criteria, and recruitment strategies;
- Source candidates through multiple channels;
- Screen CVs and conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess skills, motivation, and cultural fit;
- Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring teams, providing guidance on best assessment practices;
- Maintain a strong candidate experience by ensuring clear communication, timely feedback, and professional interactions;
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics and prepare reports for leadership.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders;
- Ensure all recruitment processes align with company policies, compliance standards, and data privacy regulations;
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in recruitment processes and tools.
Skills that make your work successful:
- Bachelors Degree;
- Good level of English & French (B2-C1);
- Good client handling skills;
- Good communication skills, both written and oral;
- At least 1 year of previous experience in the recruitment field;
- Ability to follow process instructions accurately;
- Willing to perform repetitive activities;
- Problem solving and analysis skills.
