Your future responsibilities

• Responsible for the implementation and development of policies and circulars across the Romanian company
• Responsible for Risk and Internal Control
• Ensure processes to meet relevant internal and legal regulations.
• Provides expertise and guidance in interpreting policies, regulatory and/or governmental regulations, and internal regulations to assure compliance.
• Responsible for the implementation, development, and maintenance of the quality management system for document and process management
• Ensures the QMS documents and policies are maintained and updated regularly.
• Collect and analyze requirements, creating documentation, and configure the system according to the needs.
• Providing training
• Monitoring the status of documents, reporting progress
• Drive continuous improvement of quality management system.

Your profile

• Master or Bachelor degree in Engineering, Science or Management Sciences.
• Thorough understanding of quality management concepts and principles as applied in a mature quality management system (e.g. APQC, ISO, TQM).
• Seniority and broad experience in: quality management, quality assurance, quality assessments, CAPA management, ISO certification.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as strategical thinking
• Confidence and efficiency in advising management.
• Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is a must.
