Maternity cover- 1 year

Responsibilities:

- Requests and analyzes monthly forecasts and orders received from customers and confirms estimated delivery time, considering internal production capacity and materials availability.
- Schedules products deliveries according to internal working procedures. Prepares the delivery plan according to the agreed terms and ensure that the deliveries are done according to this plan.
- Prepares the production plan, on medium and long term, being responsible to continuously updating it according to actual status of production, raw materials stocks and customers’ requests.
- Ensures the proper orders planning in the internal Nexus ERP system (updates Nexus, launch in production, follows up the proper order’s closing) in order to provide all customers with the requested goods on time and according to specifications.
- Communicates, manages and follows-up complaints of the suppliers, so as to improve the provided services: initiates meetings with all involved departments.
- Prepares reports for the annual budget and quarterly estimations.
- Elaborates other various reports.

Candidate's profile:

- Technical university degree ( Chemistry is an advantage)
- PC skills: MS Office (excel mainly), internet and ERP soft –advanced level
- English language- advanced level
- Previous experience in planning activities and industry field is an advantages
- Planning, organizing and negotiation skills
