Join our dynamic team as a Merchant Enablement Specialist and be instrumental in empowering our sales team and merchants. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring seamless onboarding, delivering essential training, and providing continuous support to enhance merchant success on our platform. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with onboarding new and existing merchants.
• Monitor merchant performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Regularly communicate with merchants to provide support and guidance to boost their sales performance.
• Maintain and update merchant records and track interactions.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Technical teams.
• Provide merchant feedback to Product teams to enhance user experience.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in merchant support or sales support roles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English and native-level Romanian.
• Experience with Google Suite and CRM software (preferably Salesforce or MiniCRM).
• Strong analytical mindset, goal-oriented, and a team player with collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with e-commerce platforms or SaaS environments.
• Basic knowledge of Python.
• Intermediate Hungarian language skills.
• Background in IT or digital environments.
