Join our dynamic team at M HOSPITAL as a Medical Sales Representative within our Sales and Business Development Department. We are looking for team-oriented individuals who are dynamic and results-driven. Previous experience in the medical field is a plus.

Requirements:

• University degree
• Previous experience (minimum 2 years) in a similar role, preferably in the medical field
• Client/patient orientation and adaptability
• Efficient time management and task prioritization
• Attention to detail
• Positive attitude, determination, and professionalism
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Strong MS Office knowledge
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Active listening skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively expand the client portfolio through visits and systematic information sharing with doctors and other healthcare professionals
• Execute scheduled visits to hospitals, clinics, medical offices, and other medical institutions
• Explore the market to identify new sales opportunities
• Present clinic services in accordance with business ethics principles
• Initiate and discuss all hospital services and divisions with the team, studying materials for business improvement and development
• Achieve targets set by the direct supervisor
• Participate actively in meetings with doctors, congresses, conferences, and workshops to further promote hospital services and divisions
• Prepare all reports and forms requested by the direct supervisor
• Continuously update the database
