Join our dynamic shipboard administration team as a Junior Payroll Purser, where your attention to detail and customer service skills will shine. You will play a vital role in our payroll process and crew financial services, reporting to the Administration Purser – Payroll and Time & Attendance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in processing payroll, including pay calculations, gratuities, commissions, and overtime.
• Manage crew inquiries related to payroll, SeaPass, foreign exchange, and salary systems.
• Support timekeeping system administration and prepare payroll audits.
• Handle crew receivables and maintain daily cash float.
• Ensure confidentiality of crew financial data and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; accounting or payroll background preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in payroll or finance; 6 months of cash handling preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and computer skills; knowledge of financial systems and basic office equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
