Key Responsibilities:

  • Expand projects through The Decorators portfolio, including lighting, finishes, and custom solutions.
  • Prepare offers, negotiate terms, and close contracts efficiently.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from start to finish.
  • Build repeat business and foster long-term client relationships.
  • Take full responsibility for your revenue and conversion rates.

  • Strong communication skills in Romanian and English.
