Join our dynamic team as an IT Support Engineer, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless technology operations. You'll be the go-to expert for resolving hardware, software, and application issues, providing top-notch support both locally and remotely. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Delivering first and second-level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.
• Collaborating with vendors to address complex AV issues.
• Communicating timely updates on issue status and resolution.
• Maintaining detailed ticket updates for all reported incidents.
• Installing, upgrading, and troubleshooting Windows, Microsoft Office, Cisco Jabber, and other authorized applications.
• Supporting Apple PC users with basic Mac OS knowledge.
• Managing installation, upgrade, and troubleshooting for printers and computer hardware.
• Conducting preventative maintenance on computers, laptops, and printers.
• Performing remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
• Using diagnostic tools to troubleshoot network connectivity and hardware/software issues.
• Applying broad IT knowledge, including networks, servers, audio/visual, smart devices, and telecoms.
• Thriving in a project-based environment requiring flexibility and teamwork.

We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, CompTIA A+ or MCP certification, and at least 2-3 years of IT experience. Key skills include WindowsMicrosoft Active Directory, MS Office, and mobile device management. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills are essential.
