We have a fresh opportunity for you in our Finance Department!

We are looking for a Client Disputes Negotiation Executive for our Targu Mures office.

If you speak, read and write English fluently and you are interested to work in a multinational company, then we have what you are looking for.

Your role involves:

Resolving disputed bookings from customers with the commercial and customer service teams;
Investigating customer disputes to maximise cash collection and minimise loss to the Company;
Leading professional negotiations to resolve the disputes with internal and external partners in the Company’s best interest;
Maintain a minimal level of outstanding debt due to customer disputes to agreed targets,
Developing and maintaining existing commercial relationships with internal departments, suppliers and customers;

This this is an entry-level position, full training will be given to the right individual.

What we need from you:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
Strong negotiation skills;
A medium knowledge of MS Office applications, in particular Excel;
Ability to work to strict deadlines;
Strong communication skills;
Proactive and results driven;
"Can do" approach;
