Advanced Quality Planning - AQP

To better implement our development strategy, we are looking for an Advanced Quality Planning - AQP for our Swoboda Service Center at the Cisnadie location.

Job description:

Preventive Quality & Project Support

• Develop and maintain Control Plans, FMEA (Design & Process), and quality guidelines for new projects.
• Plan and execute component qualifications, incoming inspections, and machine/process capability analyses.
• Review customer-specific requirements for manufacturability and compliance and spread to all responsible departments.
• Coordinate quality planning tasks across internal teams (Measurement Laboratory, SQA/SQM, production quality and industrialization).
• Manage sampling documentation (PPAP, EMPB) and support RunRate activities.
• Participate in internal/external audits, customer audits, and supplier process approvals.
• Handle pre-series complaints and support post-SOP issue resolution.

TTM 2.0 Process Integration

• Gate Review Management: Ensure structured gate reviews (Offer → A-Sample → B-Sample → C-Sample → PPAP) with evidence-based documentation and Teams-based tracking.
• Change Management: Control and document design/process changes during project phases; secure approvals per TTM 2.0 standards.
• Multi-Project Tracking: Maintain Excel-based dashboards with traffic-light indicators; monitor global/local responsibilities and escalate issues proactively.

Global Coordination & Support

• Assist with relocation projects.
• Collaborate with international teams to ensure consistent application of preventive quality standards.

General Responsibilities

• Foster trustful collaboration with supervisors and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations.

Ideal candidate:

• Strong knowledge of APQP, FMEA, PPAP, and quality planning tools.
• Expertise in TTM 2.0 process, gate reviews, and change management.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills for projects.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel dashboards and Teams collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and drive continuous improvement.
