We are recruiting a Junior Controller for our client, a multinational company based in Lugoj.
Responsibilities:
- Support in the preparation of monthly reports as well as in planning and budgeting processes;
- Conduct variance analyses and actual vs. target comparisons for the management;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, controlling tools, and KPIs;
- Ensure data quality and consistency in relevant systems;
- Provide support for internal projects.
Requirements:
- Completed higher education in Business Administration;
- At least 1–2 years of experience in a similar role;
- Well versed in MS Excel, experience with SAP FI/CO - is an advantage;
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills as well as a high affinity for numbers;
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style;
- Team player with commitment and a strong hands-on mentality;
- Good command of English, knowledge of German is an advantage.
