THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

•  Higher economic studies
•  4 years accounting experience
•  English advanced level
•  Operating knowledge in NAVISION is an advantage
•  Knowledge - Office package, especially Microsoft Excel knowledge
•  Person with orientation towards problem solving and with a positive attitude
•  Attention to details and ability to interact with other departments within the company
•  Adaptability to tight deadlines
•  The ability to prioritize work tasks
•  High skills in organizing tasks  

RESPONSIBILITIES      

• Registration of bank statements by cost centers
• Reconciliation between payments and invoices
• Checking the supporting documents for the accounting records and requesting them if they are missing or incomplete
• Fixed assets registrations (invoices)
• Organizes and manages the preparation of monthly statements (archiving)
• Reconciliation of account 409/419 with invoices received from the suppliers/issued to our clients
• Reconciliation of account 472
• Verification of accounts statements due to annual inventory/as per requests
• other attributions
