Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare documentation for new hires and draft employment contracts.
• Manage employment contracts and amendments in local Romanian systems.
• Maintain employee records and handle HR-related inquiries.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions.
• Oversee payroll activities and liaise with external payroll and tax partners.
• Actively recruit blue- and white-collar employees in Romania and Eastern Europe.

Your Profile:

• Experience in HR administration and recruitment, ideally in an international setting.
• Solid understanding of Romanian labor law.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Fluency in Romanian and English; knowledge of Hungarian or German is a plus.
