• Handle medical leaves, allowances, and reimbursements efficiently.
• Prepare and validate tax declarations and manage salary and extra-salary benefits.
• Conduct monthly salary-accounting reconciliations and support payroll audits and tax controls.
• Perform strategic salary analysis and provide recommendations for salary grids and cost structure analysis.
• Develop and update organizational charts and job functions, and implement payroll/HR software solutions.
• Automate administrative workflows and ensure data security and standardization.
• Monitor legislative changes and conduct internal HR compliance audits, implementing corrective measures as needed.
• Provide support to employees regarding rights, salary, and benefits.
