PURPOSE:

Managing the maintenance activities and investment projects to guarantee optimised costs, improved level of service and control in compliance with the Group's procedures and standards.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the Maintenance Manager in the organization of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance interventions

Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical systems (e.g., lighting, power distribution, machinery) and perform corrective repairs.

Diagnose and solve problems with equipment and machinery, analyze performance data, and conduct root cause analysis for failures.

Schedule and coordinate repairs, develop preventive maintenance schedules, and ensure timely completion of all tasks.

Assist with maintenance budgets, monitor inventory of parts, and ensure proper tool availability.

Maintain maintenance records, generate reports, and manage maintenance management systems 

Collaborate with the PM/CNV Production Manager in order to guarantee the correct functioning of productive lines

Constantly seek innovative solutions for the optimisation of productive plants and for the improvement of maintenance efficiency

Effectively organize and supervise the installation of new equipment, investments and optimization projects.

THE PROFILE:

·         Bachelors Degree in Electrical/ Engineering or equivalent;

·         Experience in in hands-on electrical maintenance and troubleshooting in a similar position, in an industrial environment

·         Solid knowledge of industrial electrical systems

·         Ability to read and interpret technical documents like schematics and blueprints, and diagrams; knowledge of electrical components and testing devices.

·         Ability to manage projects and communicate cross-functionally.

·         Problem-solving: Strong analytical skills to diagnose issues and implement corrective actions.

·         Safety and quality: Deep understanding of safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.

·         English language - medium level;

·         Organized and detail oriented person;

·         Good communication skills and able to work in a team.
