Join our dynamic team at Sonaca Romania, a leading aerospace manufacturer, as an entry-level Accounts Payable Accountant. We are expanding our operations near Turda and are looking for a motivated individual to help us grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, verify, and accurately code invoices for goods and services.
• Reconcile vendor statements with internal records to ensure accuracy and investigate discrepancies.
• Monitor and verify expense reports, controlling company outgoings.
• Act as a point of contact for vendors, addressing payment inquiries and resolving issues.
• Maintain accurate financial records for tax purposes and audit trails.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in English; French is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organized records.
• Effective communication with vendors and internal departments.
• Strong attention to detail for verifying invoices and reconciling accounts.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage workload efficiently.
• Proficiency in Excel and SAP.
