Join our vibrant team at UNCHAIN Media, where we are at the forefront of finance innovation in Central and Eastern Europe. We are seeking a dynamic Community Manager to elevate our digital presence and transform our events into must-attend experiences for the finance community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and curate engaging content, including posts, newsletters, videos, and more, to foster conversation and establish UNCHAIN as a leader in finance innovation.
• Identify and empower community champions and influencers within the fintech, banking, and regulatory sectors.
• Collaborate with our events team to source speakers and content from the community.
• Facilitate on-site community engagement during events through lounges, meetups, and networking activities.
• Analyze and optimize KPIs to enhance growth, engagement, and conversions into tickets and sponsorships.

Requirements:

• Over 3 years of experience in community management or social media, preferably in B2B, fintech, or finance.
• Passion for and network within the fintech/finance sector in CEE.
• Exceptional writing and content creation skills, with the ability to adapt tone as needed.
• Fluency in English and Romanian; additional CEE languages are a plus.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a high-energy team.
• Bonus skills: Canva proficiency, video editing, and a knack for creating memes.
