Join our dynamic team as a Channel Manager in Bucharest, Romania, and play a pivotal role in shaping our sales strategy. As a key player in our Commvault team, you will:

• Define and implement a strategic channel roadmap aligned with our management goals.
• Lead and nurture relationships with partners, expanding our sales reach in the assigned territory.
• Build a robust channel/customer database, analyze data, and identify new opportunities.
• Conduct market research to specify requirements for current and future services/products.
• Manage credit and payment performance, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Engage and support channel partners to meet customer needs efficiently.
• Develop market development reports to align with business objectives.
• Promote our services/products and company within the region.
• Oversee targeted programs and marketing activities, providing recommendations as needed.
• Utilize systems like Salesforce CRM for efficient lead and opportunity management.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is essential. You should have at least 5 years of experience in selling Enterprise Software Solutions through partners, with a good understanding of the local partners ecosystem. Experience in Backup and Cyber Resilience solutions is a plus.
