• Supervise and ensure the smooth operation of gaming tables, maintaining high standards of service and compliance with gaming regulations.
• Utilize your expertise in mental arithmetic to quickly calculate odds and percentages, ensuring accurate payouts.
• Exercise sound judgment in decision-making and maintain a keen awareness of dealer behavior and activities.
• Lead and motivate an international team of dealers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Manage the financial aspects of casino operations, identifying opportunities for cost control and expense reduction.
• Stand and walk for extended periods, ensuring a visible presence on the casino floor.
• Leverage your computer skills to navigate software packages like Excel and Word.

We offer a competitive salary and the opportunity to work in a vibrant and exciting environment. A minimum of three years of dealer experience is required, with shipboard experience preferred. Completion of high school or GED is required, and a university degree is preferred.
