• Sales Leadership: Propel sales growth and achieve targets for our Core Laboratory Diagnostics portfolio.
• Account Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers at medium to large accounts, distributors, and partners.
• Customer Engagement: Identify new business opportunities, conduct client visits, and deliver compelling presentations to potential customers.
• Territory Strategy: Develop and implement territory management plans to identify growth opportunities and optimize account coverage.
• Market Expertise: Showcase in-depth knowledge of our product portfolio and stay informed about competitor offerings and industry trends.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, technical support, and logistics to ensure customer satisfaction and successful solution implementation.
• Continuous Improvement: Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on advancements in our product lines and diagnostic technologies.

Requirements:

• Background in Biochemistry, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the IVD area, particularly in immuno and biochemical fields.
• Proficiency in English as a working language.
