Job Title: Senior Finance Reporting Specialist (Mid–Senior Level)Key Responsibilities:Financial Reporting & Analysis<ul><li>Produce, analyse, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports for P&L items including variance analysis.</li><li>Automate and further develop Revenue reporting (by type, product, customer, currency etc.), pulling from different data sources.</li><li>Automate gross margin reporting including complex cost allocations between products.</li><li>Develop methods/tools to forecast revenue in-month. &nbsp;</li><li>Maintain reporting calendars and ensure timely delivery of all internal and external reports.</li><li>Consolidate financial data from multiple systems and entities to create accurate and consistent reporting packages.</li><li>Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Adaptive Insights, or similar.</li><li>Lead the implementation or optimisation of new reporting tools as needed.</li><li>Identify opportunities to streamline reporting workflows and automate recurring tasks.</li><li>Standardise reporting templates and processes across the organisation.</li><li>Develop best practices for data management, reporting consistency, and version control.</li><li>Work closely with Finance, Operations, and Leadership teams to understand reporting needs and provide actionable insights.</li><li>Develop budgeting tools and assist in budgeting and forecasting cycles with data preparation and reporting support.</li><li>Ensure reporting complies with internal policies, accounting standards, and audit requirements.</li></ul>Qualifications & Experience<ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.</li><li>5–8+ years of experience in financial reporting, Financial Planning & Analysis, or a similar finance role.</li><li>Strong proficiency in financial reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Adaptive Insights) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.</li><li>High level of English proficiency (written and spoken) is required, including the ability to produce clear reports and communicate effectively.</li></ul>&nbsp;Skills & Competencies<ul><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>High attention to detail and data accuracy.</li><li>Ability to work independently and drive initiatives.</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder-management abilities.</li><li>Comfortable working with large datasets and cross-functional teams.</li><li>Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>About the company:TMT Analysis&nbsp;is a specialist numbering intelligence company, providing a range of information on mobile numbers globally.Our mobile numbering data powers many of the worlds leading identity providers, A2P SMS Messaging companies and financial services organisations, delivering actionable insights on customer mobile numbers that enhance and protect every stage of the customer experience.Mobile number intelligence can help strengthen and validate the user verification process, reduce fake accounts, improve conversions with customers and even determine the optimal channel for message delivery.
