Here at Conectys we work together to support each other in a common interest, making our customer’s success our own success.&nbsp;Within your role you will:<ul><li>Create and design effective training programs that address the specific needs and objectives of your specific project</li><li>Utilize instructional design principles to develop engaging and interactive training materials, including manuals, presentations, and multimedia content</li><li>Facilitate engaging and impactful training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to newlly employees</li><li>Work closely with account managers and key stakeholders to understand the specific training needs</li><li>Collaborate in the development of customized training strategies that align with account goals and objectives,</li><li>Use assessment results to inform the design and delivery of targeted training initiatives.</li><li>Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and adjust training strategies accordingly.</li></ul>What will make you successful for the job:<ul><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills </li><li>English C1 level assessment&nbsp;</li><li>Advanced user of digital collaboration and training tools (LMS platforms, video conferencing, interactive training tools).&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to quickly learn and teach product flows, processes, tools, and knowledge systems.&nbsp;</li><li>Solid understanding of operational KPIs and how training impacts performance.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong presentation, facilitation, and classroom management skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to explain complex or technical information in a clear and structured manner.&nbsp;</li><li>Skilled in interactive learning methods: role‑plays, simulations, assessments, feedback loops.&nbsp;</li><li>Comfortable delivering training across multiple communication channels (voice, chat, email, in‑app).&nbsp;</li><li>Strong communication abilities and excellent interpersonal skills.&nbsp;</li><li>High level of organization, planning, and attention to detail.&nbsp;</li><li>Adaptable, proactive, and solution‑oriented in dynamic or ambiguous situations.&nbsp;</li><li>Skilled in giving constructive feedback and coaching for performance improvement.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to manage high‑volume training cycles and maintain resilience during repetitive tasks.&nbsp;</li><li>Identify needs for retraining, coaching and improvement in processes and acts upon</li></ul>Sounds good?
