Major Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Maintain and update billing trigger plan based on delivery plan;</li>
<li>Billing or Revenue trigger in timely and correct manner based on billing supporting documents which provided by project team (such as POD, PAC/FAC etc. acceptance documents);</li>
<li>Print and send the invoice to customer for sign back and acceptance;</li>
<li>Monitor the billing and revenue recognition process and pro-actively push related depts. to solve the problems.</li>
<li>Regularly analyze the business status and send the report timely.</li>
</ul>

Competencies:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor degree on financing, accounting or business management, related field;</li>
<li>Work experience: 0-2 years;</li>
<li>Foreign language skills: English (advanced);</li>
<li>Moderate computer skills, PC & Internet; - Knowledge of Microsoft Windows;</li>
<li>Knowledge of Microsoft Word;</li>
<li>Good Excel skills and willingness to learn further;</li>
<li>Excel forms significant part of the role;</li>
<li>Excellent Customer Service Skills;</li>
<li>Professional Phone Manner;</li>
<li>Excellent written communication and documentations skills;</li>
<li>Ability to handle tasks with a logical approach and work efficiently;</li>
<li>Ability to learn new skills quickly and adapt in a fast paced environment;</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to agreed deadlines;</li>
