Project Overview

We are looking for a  Scrum Master to work in a project in the automotive field and join our team in Toulouse, Paris, Sophia (France). You will have the opportunity to relocate to France and have a hybrid work program.

Our projects are about extended vehicle, connectivity, infotainment and value creation.

By joining us, you will have the opportunity to participate to the development and the maturity rise of the embedded software platforms solutions for one of the biggest player in the automotive field.

Responsibilities

• Find methods to effectively plan the activity – Poker planning;
• Organize and anime the scrum ceremonies;
• Arrange and optimize product backlog;
• Collaborate with other scrum masters to improve the methodologies’ efficiency;
• Helps the development team in executing Agile practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Agile Lite;
• Advanced level of English;
• A mindset focused on analysis & synthesis;
• Ability to work autonomously;
• Strong communication skills.

 Nice to have

• Experience in Confluence, Jira;
• Previous experience in Sharepoint, Microsoft office;
• Previous experience Android (10 & 12);
• Experience with Android Automotive & Embedded Linux;
• Integration & validation of software.
