Are you passionate about travel and love helping people? Put your German and English skills to work and join us as a Customer Service Agent in the exciting travel industry!

What you'll do:

  • Be the friendly voice and main point of contact for travelers via phone, email, and chat;
  • Manage inquiries, bookings, itinerary changes, and payments with care and accuracy;
  • Suggest travel destinations, dates, and options tailored to each client’s needs;
  • Coordinate with cruise lines and other partners to keep travelers informed;
  • Use booking software to organize and manage travel plans;
  • Quickly solve problems and update clients on any travel changes.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong German and English communication skills (B2 level or higher);
  • A positive, customer-focused mindset;
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Office applications;
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory;
  • A team player who enjoys solving problems creatively;
  • Great attention to detail.
