📣 We’re hiring: TikTok & Social Media Video Content Creator

📍 Location: Bucharest | Full-time

🔍 About the role:

We’re looking for a creative and social media-savvy Content Creator to join Black Tech Group. You’ll be responsible for filming, editing, and publishing engaging short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, and more — promoting BlackTech.ro and other brands in our portfolio.

If you know how to turn a smart gadget into a viral video and can spot TikTok trends faster than the algorithm, we want to hear from you!

🎯 Responsibilities:

• Create original, dynamic ideas for TikTok & Reels (unboxings, tests, viral formats, trends), to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Film and edit short-form content for smart gadgets, tech products, and marketing campaigns (e.g. Black Friday)
• Stay up-to-date with the latest TikTok trends, challenges, and features to ensure our content remains relevant and competitive.
• Manage and publish content on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, engage with our TikTok communities by responding to comments, messages, and participating in live events.
• Analyze performance metrics and insights to optimize content and drive continuous improvement.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for creative campaigns

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience creating video content for social media, with a strong portfolio of successful videos.
• Excellent understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Youtube algorithms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent presentation skills, confident in front of camera, good speech, ready to improvise at any moment
• Creative mindset, humor, and the ability to think outside the box and generate unique ideas.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for storytelling and creating visually appealing content.
• Passion for technology, smart gadgets, and lifestyle tech
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Solid video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut or mobile apps)
• Experience with scheduling tools (Later, Notion, Buffer) is a plus
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
