As a Telesales Consultant, you will manage relationships with a portfolio of dealers and repairers, identify new opportunities, and help our partners maximize the benefits of the Carfix – GT Motive ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily contact with leads provided by research.
• Clear and convincing presentation of Carfix/GT Motive services, highlighting functionalities and advantages for repair shops or fleet companies.
• Active market prospecting for new clients (repair shops, workshops, fleets, leasing, insurers).
• Identifying client needs and recommending suitable solutions (estimates, fleet management, damages, revisions, etc.).
• Closing sales over the phone, negotiating, and explaining the collaboration/subscription model.
• Maintaining an updated database (CRM), tracking leads, and following up.
• Collaborating with the technical or onboarding team to ensure correct implementation for the client.

Requirements:

• Experience in telesales or phone sales/call center.
• Excellent communication skills, clarity in presentation, and persuasion.
• Understanding of the automotive field or willingness to quickly learn concepts related to service, estimates, auto parts — an advantage.
• Results and target-oriented.
• Proactive attitude, organization, ability to manage multiple conversations/leads daily.
