Join our dynamic team as a Senior Platform Engineer and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our platform. As an integral part of our engineering team, you'll work remotely from various locations, including the UK, Ireland, Estonia, the Netherlands, Sweden, Israel, Eastern Europe, and Portugal.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with peers through code reviews, mentorship, and technical direction.
- Design and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
- Deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters on GCP and AWS.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD systems tailored for our platform.
- Diagnose and resolve platform-related issues, ensuring reliability and security.
- Drive automation initiatives to enhance system reliability.
- Act as a strategic partner to development teams, addressing infrastructure needs.
- Contribute to the development of internal platform products and services.
- Implement and enforce security best practices and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in platform engineering or related roles.
- Proficiency with GCP/AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
- Strong coding skills in Go or Typescript.
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Argo CD or Atlantis.
- Understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Self-motivated and effective in a remote team environment.
