Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services.
• Take ownership of critical platform components.
• Influence system architecture and technical decisions.
• Optimize code and queries for performance and reliability.
• Design and evolve APIs and integrations with external platforms.
• Ensure code quality through reviews and best practices.
• Collaborate with product and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor and support junior and mid-level developers.
• Participate in planning, estimations, and technical discussions.
• Identify technical risks and propose improvements.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with PHP and strong expertise in Laravel.
• Deep understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
• Advanced experience with MySQL and non-relational databases.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and OOP principles.
• Proficient with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment workflows.
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks, preferably Vue.js.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Ability to debug complex issues across application layers.
