Cerinte:

Experienta in reglarea echipamentelor de injectie mase plastice;
Cunostinte de automate programabile (Engel, Krauss-Maffei si IMV);
Studii medii/superioare in domeniul tehnic;
Disponibilitate de a lucra in trei sau patru schimburi;
Orientare spre rezolvarea eficienta a situatiilor dificile.

Responsabilitati:

Reglarea parametrilor si supravegherea echipamentelor de injectie;
Urmarirea la inceputul fiecarui schimb a pornirii tuturor preselor de injectie repartizate de catre superior;
Oprirea masinilor de injectie in caz de avarii, pana la analizarea situatiei de catre superior;
Participarea la planul de mentenanta preventiva;
Participarea la reuniunile periodice privitoare la calitatea produselor;
Respectarea normelor de 5S la postul de lucru;
Participarea la imbunatatatirea activitatii de lucru prin Propuneri de Ameliorare (PA).

Valeo Timisoara as Lighting Injection Plant produces visibility systems for the automotive industry to support the driver in the Task of Driving, to allow self-driving cars to run in all conditions and to make enjoyable and exciting the Experience of Traveling.

From innovative interior (interior lighting) and exterior lighting solutions (headlamp, fog, chmsl), to LED lights, each solution addresses the needs and the market trends of cars, while ensuring clear visibility and the safety of drivers.

Production is divided into three Business Units: Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM), Aftermarket - Service Market (AFM) and Special Products (SP).

Valeo works with the latest technology and use complex injection, coating, varnishing, metallization and assembly processes.

Valeo Mioveni is part of Thermal Systems Business Group, a business group where we develop unique thermal management solutions to support cleaner, safer and more reliable mobility.

Valeo Thermal Systems plant is located in Mioveni, Arges area, is a manufacturing site launched in 2004 and here we manufacture air conditioning systems for our main customer Dacia - Renault Group for a wide type of cars.
