Key Responsibilities:

As a Quality Customer Specialist, you will play a vital role in:

• Contact person for customers (understand and implement customer-specific requirements);
• Responsible for complaint processing;
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement improvements;
• Coordination of incidents in production and root cause analysis;
• Quality interface between customer and Production;
• Moderation of internal error and risk analyses;
• Support in the area of advanced quality planning/APQP.

Requirements:

• Technical University degree;
• Good knowledge of the quality requirements and QM tools specific to the automotive supplier industry, such as 8D, FMEA, APQP, and PPAP;
• Ability to solve problems using common tools (5Why, Ishikawa, etc.) and analytical thinking;
• Good MS Office and SAP knowledge;
• Ideally experience with customer portals;
