Job description:

• Develops and implements strategy for maintaining relationships with internal and external suppliers
• Maintains the relation with suppliers, makes the technical specifications, the calls for tenders, launches tenders with multiple suppliers
• Negotiates the procurement contracts, properly evaluates the acceptance of a new supplier
• Creates an ordering system, centralizes the acquisitions, selects the offers, evaluates the various channels for procurement, according to quality, services and costs
• Executes the contracts and monitors the delivery in local systems, approves the acquisitions from local systems, according to the acquisition plan
• Performs the acquisition activity of consumables, fixed assets, equipment's, mobile telephones and other inventory items
• Ensures the operational and logistic activity for imports-exports, with all necessary documents, coordinates the logistics from the local systems
• Periodically reports over the status of the acquisitions and the relations with the suppliers
• Keeps stock-related documents and in charge with stock-related operations
• Coordinates and synchronizes work functions with the vendors, suppliers and other internal departments
Other tasks related to the procurement department.

Job requirement's:

Good knowledge of commercial legislation
Computer Literacy – advanced level
English Language – advanced level
Customs clearance import-export - mandatory for this position
Capacity for fast decision-taking
Negotiation abilities with international clients, diplomacy, tolerance
